QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY AND OBJECTIVE
STATEMENT
It is intent and policy of BAROTECH
NIGERIA LTD management to supply, complete product and render services
that meet well-defined need, use or purpose, satisfy
customer/organization needs and expectations, comply with applicable
standards and specifications, and comply with requirements of the
society (statutory regulations, laws, rules and other considerations).
Reflect on environmental needs, meeting benefits, cost and risks
considerations.
The nature of the company’s activities/operations therefore places
particular emphasis on skilful planning and quality. The main
objective of the management of BNL is to carry out all organizational
and client activities in such a manner that conforms to contractual
and regulatory obligations.
To achieve this goal, the company deems it highly necessary with
utmost priority to establish and maintain an efficient and effective
Quality Assurance Programmed, planned and developed in line with all
managerial functions. The management is committed to absolute
conformance for work specifications and customer satisfaction that
will serve as measure of quality assurance.
The company quality system is cover by the requirements of BS EN ISO
14000 families and other related quality standards. The quality manual
is designed to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements are
adequately maintained. As a dynamic document, it is subject to
periodic review.
It shall be the responsibility of Quality Assurance Department to
monitor constantly the implementation of the current quality assurance
programme in order to verify that the necessary systems, procedures
etc or, in the absence of such, to determine that they are raised and
to verify implementation and adherence by regular audits.
All members of staff are therefore expected to adhere strictly to
the requirements of this Policy and all other quality Manuals,
programmes and procedures to follow.
